We have recently donated some plastic sheets we had at School to a local Care Home. There has been a lack of PPE up and down the Country, so we were only too happy to help. At School, we had some spare plastic sheets that we knew could be engineered into protective face masks. The manager thanked us in a lovely message and said, "They are perfect, thank you!" One of our Rainbow Rules is to be kind and helpful, so we followed that rule here!
At school this week the children of Frontline Keyworkers have been showing their appreciation for the NHS by creating unique rainbows. These will be proudly displayed. Luckily, this emblem matches our Rainbow Rules at Langney. We appreciate what all Keyworkers are doing at this time, including your amazing Langney staff! THANK YOU!
Even through this challenging time we are taking every opportunity to learn about engineering and careers. Children of Frontline Keyworkers observed the planning and machinery in action as local roads are resurfaced this morning! It was fascinating!!
