Science Museum Trip

At the end of Term 4, Year 5 had a spectacular trip to the Science Museum in London! Despite challenging traffic, the day was exciting and awe inspiring!

The children were captivated by the Space Exploration Gallery and uncovered the secrets of space travel over time. To add to that, the 3-D film, 'A Beautiful Planet', made us feel as though we were actually travelling in Space with some amazing astronauts!

The Energy Gallery was full of interactive activities which really got the children thinking about how we use energy in our daily lives and the Challenges of Materials Gallery supported our Properties of Materials learning from Terms 1 and 2. There is so much to see and do at the Science Museum, it is definitely a great day out! The children were absolutely fantastic and were a real credit to the school.
