World Cup Victory!

As many of you will know, France won the World Cup at the weekend, which meant that Wonkaland won our class competition as they had picked France from the World Cup tombola!

Their prize? The chance to play against the teachers!

Kick off was at 10am with the whole school coming out to watch. The game was split into four quarters with different children playing in each quarter, so everyone had a chance to play.

It was very close, with both teams having lots of chances (the little ones receiving a bit of help from some honorary class members from Year 6!!!).

In the end, the teachers were victorious with a score of 4-3.
