Masterclass for LPA

Bede's Senior School in Upper Dicker invited Langney to participate in a morning of a variety of sports , coupled with expert coaching from Bede's staff.

The children were very fortunate to take part in Hockey skills on a 4G pitch; Cricket bowling, batting and fielding in the impressive Sportshall; Swimming in lanes in their pool; We finished with a Strength and Conditioning session in Bede's fitness suite relating to the benefits of rolling and stretching as children's bones and muscles develop.

Our Langney children demonstrated srong teamwork, respect to all staff, showed humility throughout and above all fully enjoyed the wonderful experience that they will treasure for a long time. GO TEAM LANGNEY!!!
