Tri-Golf Festival - 3rd Place

A team of 10 pupils,consisting of 5 boys and 5 girls, represented the School on Thursday in the South Downs Area Tri Golf Festival , held at Willingdon School (Broad Road) in glorious sunshine.

They participated in 8 Skill Games Stations scoring as many points as they could in a set time. All the equipment was provided and for the majority it was there first time they have held a golf club. The Games were led by a select group of Year 9's at Willingdon Secondary School.

The Year 4 group of children came 3rd out of 11 schools and displayed plenty of skills associated with the game of golf. Well done all and thank you to Mr. Field for organising this trip.
