This special week, Year 3 have learnt how to make 'Coronation Chicken,' to celebrate the King's upcoming Coronation! They heard about the original recipe, which was created especially for Queen Elizabeth II's coronation. The children especially enjoyed getting to eat it after making it!
What a wonderful activity for Year 3! Learning about the history of Coronation Chicken before making and tasting it is such a great hands-on way to bring history and cooking together. If the students ever want to design custom certificates, posters, or royal recipes to showcase their cooking achievements, using a curved text generator is a fun way to create arched titles and circular emblems for their displays.
