Year 2 Trip to Drusilla's Zoo
Year 2 had a wonderful visit to Drusilla's Zoo this term. We saw many different animals from tiny insects to large camels; this was in keeping with our topic 'All Creatures Great and Small.' The children also took part in an animal encounter where they got got to touch a selection of animals and ask questions about them. We learnt lots of new facts. Finally we went for a ride on Thomas The Tank Engine as a final journey around the park. We were so lucky with the weather! It was a lovely day.
