Reception - Term 5 Fabulous Finish

Wow, what a fantastic turnout our Reception classes had at our Fabulous Finish yesterday! Our three Reception classes enjoyed participating in a carousel of activities to show off what they have been learning this term.

The children and their families worked together to decorate their own plant pot, which they then planted their own sunflower seed in. The children got to take their sunflower home to look after. We can’t wait to find out whose sunflower grows the tallest. No pressure!

The children then enjoyed sharing their wonderful Learning Journeys. The children were all very proud of what they had achieved this term and LOVED showing everybody their fantastic work.

Finally, we finished off with a trip to the computing suite where Mr Dawson has been teaching us how to make our very own animations. Our families were very impressed with our computing skills and we were able to teach them how to make a beanstalk grow by using our animation skills.
