French School Visit Langney

A class and their teachers from Fort Mahon Plage, in France, visited Langney on Friday. Our Year 4 pupils have been writing to the French pupils and enjoyed meeting their Penpals in person.

A typical 'English Tea' and picnic was had and then our pupils took them on a tour of the school. It was interesting for the French pupils to see the differences between both schools and we look forward to the possibility of visiting our twinned school in France next year.

A huge well done to the Year 4 pupils for being the perfect hosts. Also, a huge well done to Year 4 teachers for arranging this visit and especially to Mrs. Wickens for being fluent in French and therefore our personal translator!
