Reception Family Reading Session

This week Reception invited their families in for an afternoon of reading fun! The children took their families on an exciting word hunt around the school grounds. There were 40 words for the children to find and read - there was a real buzz as the children searched for the hidden words. The children then found a cosy spot to sit together and share a story with their family. It was a lovely afternoon and we would like to thank everybody who came to make it such a successful event.
