Girls Football Festival

On Thursday, 10 girls from Year 5 and 6 took part in a Girls' Football Festival at the 'Amex Elite Performance Centre' in Lancing. This was an exciting opportunity for the girls to play matches against other schools from near and far in the place where Brighton and Hove Albion's Men's and Women's squad actually train! We were even able to meet BHA's women's goalkeeper and one of their defenders!

Our girls played fantastically in every match, with some brilliant goals scored by Millie and some great saves by Grace! The girls also had lots of fun trying different skills activities, including referee training, speed and agility exercises and 'freestyling' with a ball.

Well done, girls - you represented Langney beautifully!
