St. Andrews Prep Victorian Sports Day Challenge

Ten very talented children from year 5 were lucky enough to be chosen to represent the school at St Andrews Prep School in their Victorian Sports Day Challenge to mark their 140th Anniversary.

In glorious sunshine the children participated in the morning activities of Fencing, Fives, Hockey and Croquet (on the Headmaster's Lawn nonetheless ).

After a sumptuous BBQ/ Strawberries and cream lunch the children split into teams and took part in an Olympic themed Decathlon in the afternoon.

The emphasis of the day was to have fun , meet new friends and try new. activities . All three targets were met.

Special thanks goes to the staff of St Andrews for hosting such a wonderful event.
