Priory win NVC Cup!

We had a fabulous Nelson Victor Carter Handball Tournament this week! All the players were absolutely superb and there were really exciting matches.

Monday Match Results -

Harbour 1:2 Martello

Priory 5:0 Sovereign

Harbour 3:4 Priory

Martello 4:0 Sovereign

Harbour 3:1 Sovereign

Martello 2:2 Priory

These results meant that Sovereign and Harbour would play for third and fourth places and Priory and Martello were in the final.

Today, we were joined by Nelson's grandson who was impressed by how well everyone played and by how nail biting the matches were.

The first matched was hard fought with Harbour coming out on top, four goals to one.

In the final, Priory came back from 6-1 down to win 6-7!!!
