Success at South Downs!

Following success in the Eastbourne & District Primary Schools Cross Country event in November, Amelia, Sam and Ethan were invited to take part in the South Downs Area School Games Finals at Lewes Rugby Club.

The event had runners from Eastbourne, Hailsham, Lewes, Ringmer, Seaford, Peacehaven and Newhaven.

Our three athletes were simply amazing and have now qualified for the Sussex School Games Finals in Brighton which is scheduled to take place in March, by finishing in the top 20. Amelia placed 18th, Sam ran very well (6th) and Ethan who led from the start and finished 1st and superbly won the whole event.
