Causeway 'Real Learning Week'

As part of Causeway Secondary School's 'Real Learning Week' secondary pupils came to Langney to learn about the skills required to be an effective teacher. After observing Langney teachers in a Year 3 and Year 5 class at the start of the week, Causeway pupils planned and taught their own leessons. As a result, Causeway Secondary School pupils gained a heightened sense of empathy regarding workload and technical skill required to be an outstanding primary teacher.

Next year we look forward to building further links between Langney Primary School and Causeway Secondary School. Watch this space!
