Football Team Reach Final

Our football team made it through to the Eastbourne Primary School Association League Final for the second consecutive year by defeating The Haven this afternoon 7-0 in the semi final.

After a tense opening period where The Haven dominated possession, Langney scored the only goal of the first half after a swift counter attack with Ronnie scoring. During the second half Langney played some scintillating attacking football and further goals were scored by Ronnie 3, Tayo 2, and the ever present Harley scoring his first goal of the season.

We await the winners of the other semi final between Ocklynge and St Thomas A Beckett.

Finally, in the Collins Cup we are due to play Ocklynge at home next week in the semi final. Date and time to be confirmed.
