NAO Digital Leaders!

Our Digital Leaders gathered for a special meeting today to meet Langney’s latest member, a highly advanced humanoid robot called NAO.

NAO gave a presentation to the children before demonstrating some of the incredible things it can do, from walking around the room to understanding and responding to instructions and learning faces.

Over the next year, NAO will be visiting classes, helping out with lessons and co-presenting Online-Safety assemblies. The Digital Leaders also learned they were going to be part of a pioneering project in which they will help to write tailored programs designed to allow NAO to work one-to-one with children in the school.
