South Downs Area Cross Country Finals

Two boys represented the Eastbourne schools in the Cross Country Finals held at Lewes Rugby Club.

'I loved taking part in the Cross Country because in that time I really really amazed myself. I only ever thought I would be a sprinter but when I finished 25 out of 60 boys I was initially shocked but I was still very proud of myself.'

'It was a really good time for me and I enjoyed myself. I don't mind if I did not qualify to the next round (South East ) because I think it is about taking part and having fun.'
